Every Boho Lux piece is handmade to order or crafted in small batches here in Paramin, Trinidad — we want you to love what you receive, and we're happy to help if something isn't right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused, with all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

Because many Boho Lux pieces are made to order, custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at atelier@boholuxtt.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns won't be accepted.

Approved returns should be shipped to:
Artisa, Ground Floor, One Woodbrook Place, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at atelier@boholuxtt.com with a photo of the item so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We can't accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

International & EU Customers

If you're ordering from the UK or EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements above.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't seen your refund, reach out to atelier@boholuxtt.com and we'll look into it.
