Every Boho Lux piece is handmade with care in Paramin, Trinidad — here's what to expect once you place your order.

Processing Time

All Boho Lux pieces are handmade and kept in ready stock — we don't currently offer custom or made-to-order pieces. As a small, hands-on studio, we typically ship your order within 1 business day of payment confirmation, with up to 3 business days as our outer processing window during busier periods (holidays, seasonal drops).

Shipping Within Trinidad & Tobago

We ship island-wide via CSF Couriers. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

If you've selected cash on delivery, please note CSF Couriers accepts debit and credit card payment only on delivery — no cash. You'll also be able to follow your package with live tracking through the CSF Couriers app.

Caribbean & International Shipping

We're proud to ship to our Caribbean neighbours and our diaspora family abroad, including the United States, Canada, the UK, and the EU. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks for all international destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. For local Trinidad & Tobago deliveries, you can also track your package live through the CSF Couriers app.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly for international shipments. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at atelier@boholuxtt.com and we'll do our best to help track it down.
